Is there a way to define (add) a new status (other than other)? When a test case is partially complete we would like to flag it as "Partial" or "In Progress". We have a number of test cases that have multiple Steps/Results and/or run for several days.

If you go to the Settings menu and select Customize Fields this will open a dialog for the customisation options. If you click on the Customize Status tab you will see a list of the current status's, you can add new ones and edit and remove existing ones with the buttons. The status at the top of the list is the default status, used when a new project test case is created.
