Filter problem?

I can't seem to get the filter to work when looking for failed testcases with a last attempt date selected.
My filter has selected:
Status - Fail
Last Attempt - Equal to 8-2-2007

There is a testcase that meets these requirements:
Status - Fail
Last Attempt - 15:20:56, 02-Aug-2007
yet I get no results returned. "No Test Cases passed the filter..."
Any idea?
