DeleteFile Failed: Code 32

When I try to update to the latest version of Testlog I get this error message. I am running Windows 2000.

Even after I restart I get the same.

This can happen if a file being installed already exists and is in use or if you are trying to install to same directory that the installer is saved in as described in this thread http://www.passmark.com/forum/showthread.php?t=584.
