Setting up web access site

I installed TestLog onto my E:\ drive on a Windows 2003 Server with IIS 6.0.

I was able to successfully install the Web Access License.

I followed the HELP guide but I am unable to get the Web[site] Access to work. Can someone walk me through the setup steps for IIS 6 where the install is on another drive and not the C:\ (Default)?
