Could you please download this build, http://www.passmark.com/ftp/testlog3.0.1023a.exe, you should be able to delete the duplicate status.

I was just able to reproduce something similar to this, it looks like it might be a bug caused by deleting certain entries. There should be a new build available for you later today.

For whatever reason, I have two statuses called "Blocked". When I go to Settings>Customize Fields>Customize Status I highlight one of the 'Blocked' status entries, press 'Remove'. It disappears from the window. I press 'OK', window closes; I go back into the Customize Fields>Customize Status and there it is again; two 'Blocked' statuese. How do I get rid of the duplicate?
