Error trying to save in Web console

We've recently begun using the Web app portion of the Testlog product. However, for some reason no one is able to save changes when we edit the test cases.

The error is "Unable to open test case to save." We all have read/write permissions.

Anyone else seen this?

This is probably due to the database not having the correct write permissions set for the user the web server is running as, which is different depending on if you are using Apache or IIS.
