I followed the directions for installing TestLog on a Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise Server Service Pack 2, with IIS 6.0. After following the directions twice and having an outside consultant review those settings neither of us can get this application to launch in the browser. We are getting this message in the browser:
You are not authorized to view this page
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
Please try the following:
Internet Information Services (IIS)
Technical Information (for support personnel)

Can some please explain what permissions need to be set to get this working?

Please try the following:
- Contact the Web site administrator if you believe you should be able to view this directory or page.
- Click the Refresh button to try again with different credentials.

- Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search for the words HTTP and 403.
- Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and search for topics titled About Security, Authentication, and About Custom Error Messages.
