Trouble import .CSV - trial version

I am trying to use the export/import features of TestLog - but only have the trial version at this time. I have created a DB, and manually entered about 30 test cases under the test case area - not under projects

I now export the CSV file. Without changing anything in the CSV file, I try to re-import it. Get the following error:
Error: Line 1
Error creating XML file to represent test suite.
Check that the test suite ID name is valid filename and that all parent folders have been created in TestLog or the CSV file. Skipping line...

Any suggestions?

Could you please download this build, http://www.testlog.com/ftp/testlog.exe and let me know if you still get the error.

It seems that an error was being thrown if the test suite already existed, even if the overwrite option had already been chosen.

how does this get resolved?

I have exported from TestLog and used the resulting sheet to model my tests and simply cannot import, and get this same error.

How do I get past this? Thanks for the assistance.
