Web Access: Can you control what users edit?

Has anyone found a way to control which fields the testers are able to edit?
In my case, I just want them to update a few fields, like the Test Results, without having them accidentally (or purposefully, for that matter) changing some other things, like test type or build number.

You could change what field are available to be displayed and edited from the display template (see the included help file for details). But this will alter the pages for all users. There is no way to have a different page per user.
