using vpn

Hi Guys
Have you had any issues using VPN whe attempting to access test log
Currently i have attempted to gain access and failed
any ideas?

We have no problem using Testlog across our VPN.
It can be a little slow for some operations depending on available bandwidth.

What was the failure message / circumstances?

There is also the web interface you might want to consider for remote access.
