Its a bit ambiguas if it is needed to have multiple testlog license if using the local version and not the webversion ???

Are the licenses pr user or per concurrent active user?

Would like to know so we only have to purchase once

Web licenses are per concurrent user.

Desktop licenses are per PC the software is installed on.
