Is there a way to hide or get rid of some of the fields that are displayed when creating a test case?

Also, is there a way to add page numbers to the test case report when when printing?

Currently it isn't possible to remove any fields from the test case dialog when creating or displaying test cases.

There also isn't a way to print the page numbers for a test case report but it is something we are looking at adding in the next major version.
