There isn't any way to do this from within TestLog, you would need to create your own tool, but this would only be for displaying outside of TestLog (eg for an exported report) as you want be able to change how it appears in TestLog.

I've had a request to remove a heading from a test case report if the item is blank. For instance, for a test case, suppose the External Result Link field is left empty. On my test case report, I want the heading "External Result Link", normally displayed in bold, to not even appear on the test report.

Is there a way to do this inside TestLog, or will I need to parse the HTML myself?
