Right Click on the Testlog shortcut and choose "Run as Administrator". This time when you enter in your license key it should take hold and you should not have to do it for subsequent launches.

We have two licenses for this software. every time we login it asks for the username and key info. then logs me in. Why can't the software remember that this info once we enter it.
