TestLog 3.0 status?

What is the current status of TestLog 3.0? I've seen other posts that it was supposed to be available several months ago, but I assume the date has slipped some. Is there a beta available with the web based UI?

We use TestLog at 2 different sites that share a database, so we're very interested in the web UI.

Is there an ETA for the final release as yet?

We don't have a fixed date as yet but it should be sometime in the next few weeks, currently we are implementing some better looking templates for the display and fixing a few issues brought to light by the beta version.
