Wi-fi connection trouble

Hi friends, in my recent owned Cyber cafe I am having troubles with wi-fi setting. I turn off all comp. except mine ds and wi- f i in the same room as the connector,says i have perfect signal then kicks me off!I tried to ping the host but even that came in no use for mine. Any help will be appreciated.

What sort of security is being used for the connection, wpa/wpa2 tkip/aes etc? How are you connecting to the access point, using Windows, WirelessMon or a vendor supplied utility?
