WirelessMon 3.1 error

First off I am runnning Windows 7 Ultimate64, Whenever I open, close or change any configuration settings in WirelessMon I get then below error.
The program seems to work fine except for the error, anyone have this probelm or know of a fix for it.

The config file is saved at In the C:\Program Data\PassMark\WirelessMon directory and you should have access to to it, are you running as the same user that was used to install WirelessMon? Is the user restricted at all or is it an administrator/power user?

This is a hidden system folder so if you enable viewing hidden files and folders, under the Tools -> Folder options -> View tab, you can try to open this location and check you have permission to access it.

I'm running win7 64 bit and do not have this problem.
