Cannot save to Configuration File

I'm getting this whenever I exit the Config dialog or shutdown the app.

Changes seem to get saved anyway. Can I make the msg go away?

I too am interested in the answer to this. I am encountering the same problem, with it sounds like the same configuration (v4.0 Win7 x64 on a macbook pro)
