I have a laptop that seems to drop my WiFi connection and i was looking for a tool to test the wireless when i found your software but i cant find any thing that will do that in the program?

WirelessMon is for monitoring the WiFi environment.
It won't fix drop outs by itself.
What you might learn however is that, for example,
1) Some frequency / channels in your area are very congested and you might get better performance switching to an unused channel (or switching to 5Ghz from 2.4).
2) The signal strength is poor, or variable. And moving to a slightly different location might help.
