Loading takes "hours"

I have just registrered the pro version of WirelessMon. But I have not tested it yet, because the program takes at least 15 minutes to start (with heavy use of the harddisc all the time).
I might be related to the use of a map image. I have a jpg-image of about 1.3MB. Everything slows down to about zero, when I configure WirelessMon to use this image.

Any help is most wellcome.

Hi Peter,

What is the pixel size, e.g. 1024 x 768 pixels, for this image? All the hard disk activity might be your PC running out of RAM. We don't recomend using images larger than 2000 x 2000 pixels unless you have a lot of RAM.

Could you please send a copy of the image and your config file (configsetup.ini from the directory where WirelessMon is installed) to me at timr [at] passmark [dot] com so i can check it out.
