I suffer memory error Fail 11 using BurnInTest.
    Details info is as below.
But I don't know what kind of memory error I suffer.
Could anyone help give me hint what happen to my memory?
    Thanks.

    Error verifying data in RAM
The data written to RAM is not the same as the data read. Which generally means the RAM is bad. Replace it.
(Although more rarely the motherboard, or CPU can be at fault).

System also appears to be running fairly hot (86C for the Atom CPU). The N450 only has a TDP of 5 watts, so 86C seems hot.

      More detail.

      Thanks for Passmark Admin reply.
We also guess it's related to RAM issue.
What kind of write pattern does BurnInTest tool test?
Could you tell us if we can check log information what pattern error and fail address in memory?
      Thanks.

The test patterns used can be seen in the help file and in the preferences window.

You can turn on logging to get more details of values written and read. You can also get the virtual memory address (but this is only of limited use, as it is hard to translate to a physical stick of RAM).
