Don't set everything to 100%. It doesn't do what you think.

    Instead see the recommendations here
    https://www.passmark.com/support/bur...usage.htm#load
Under the heading, "What duty cycle setting should be used?"

      Thanks~David.

We change CPU loading to 95% as docment suggestion. but still occur Sound error show "operations reported in timeout period"(fail, 3/14 units)
and then we change CPU to 80% , that can pass(pass, 0/14 units). so you mean that is normal behavier if run all system test ,CPU load can't put so high, right?
we change CPU to 80% ,that can be accepted?

You should be able to run the tests very near 100% CPU load (not be be confused with 100% duty cycle, which is a different thing).

But as pointed out in this post,
        https://www.passmark.com/forum/burni...timeout-period
"'No operations reported in timeout period' for the sound test means the sound driver crashed or the whole system was super slow. If the system was super slow it might be due excessive load and / or due to memory leaks, which cause a lack of free RAM, which in turn cause disk swapping. Once you start disk swapping then the system can fairly quickly start to thrash under high load. Thrashing then leads to timeouts and crashes."

I run ONLY select Sound to 100%, and other test item not select with 5 units yesterday . the result is PASS.
I consider this issue happen is the whole system was super slow. but could you suggestion another test to narrow down.
How to proof the definite cause by system was super slow. thanks a lot.~~

If you only run the sound test does system memory usage creep up over time. It shouldn't.

If you open Windows Resource monitor do you see lots of read and writing to the Page file (c:\pagefile.sys). As this would be thrashing. Resource monitor can also display "Hard Faults/sec" this value should stay reasonably low after the initial launch of the tests.

Once the error occurs can you play a sound file with an external application?

we also encounter this issue on AMD platform, and it's pass if change CPU/RAM loading to 50%.
              how to set the CPU/ RAM/ Video/ 2D,Graphics/3D Graphics/ Disk/ Sound/ Network's loading for AMD platforms?
