No price as yet. But the higher speed (20G) USB silicon chips are still very new and expensive. Around double the price of the 5G versions. And designing PCBs for error free 20G data transmission is also significantly harder.
Maybe after a few years 20G might become common place and get cheaper.

USB3.2 2x2 20Gbit/s loopback plug was released some weeks ago. Specs and pricing are all on the web site.
