BurnInTest V9.2(1000) RAM test failed

Hi,

I've used Burnintest V9.2(1000) and selected 50% loading (CPU, RAM, 2D, 3D, Disk and Sound)

Test run failed on RAM and error message is "RAM, Memory test failure. Faulty RAM likely."
error log as below:

It's really strange because MemTest86(V8.4) and RMT passed
What could be the possible for this situation?

Configuration:
OS: Win10 Pro
CPU: Tiger Lake UP3
RAM: DDR4 3200 Samsung 4G

It sounds like memory test process might be crashing, could you please enable trace logging level 2 in the logging options and send us a copy of the trace log when the error occurs.

Would also be interesting to know if it happened if you just ran the RAM test by itself.

I've tried:
1.RAM 50%
2.CPU 50% + RAM 50%
3.RAM 100%
4.CPU 100% + RAM 100%
All of the results are passed but test one time only

Is there have any opportunity test failed on RAM?
