    Can you try running BurnInTest v10 and see if you are still getting the software exception error? As we do not support v9.2 anymore.

    If you are still getting the error, send us the debug log / dump file.

      Software Exception Encountered Error on ADL-P

      Hi Guys,
      I am using Burin Test 9.2 to test my laptop, it keeps showing this "Software Exception Encountered" error, does anyone know what happens here?
      OS: 19042.1288
      RAM: DDR4 8GB
      CPU: ADL-P (core 2+4)
