    Dear Passmark Team,

    We run burnintest v10.1 build (1003) on windows 10 pc .we already updated windows 10 and dell drivers uptodate.but after running burnintest

    we got test result fail in sound "No operations reported in timeout period" please find the burnintest log and suggest solution immediatly ..

    we have burnintest licensed version on this mail(e.e.enterpriseshyd@gmail.com) ,we are using same above

    It means the sound test has crashed or is running very very slow.

    Typically problem is sound card device driver leaking memory and crashing.

      we have two systems with same configuration and these are new pcs but why we are getting burnintest failed. in dell diagnostics it shows all test pass.remainng pcs are not get get sound error ? please give reply. why memory comes repeatedly ? please suggest duty cycle for 168 hours burnin test of dell pcs .(sound,3d,2d,optical drive,display ,ram,hard disk,cpu)

        Please read through all the previous posts on the same topic, starting with the link in my previous post above.
        There is no magical answer. It is likely a bug in the sound card device driver. It is out of our control to fix it and the manufacturers generally don't care enough to investigate and fix their driver bugs. But if you can get them interested we are happy to help them investigate it.

        If you want to post a link to the debug logs we can take a look at them. But if it is a sudden crash in the sound driver, then there won't be much in the logs.

        168 hours is a long test period. No vendor will be testing their machines this long before sale.
