  • Support for 9000 series amd processors

Do you have an ETA for a new version that supports the Amd ryzen 9000 series processors

  • #2
Software should mostly already work on these CPUs.
(the exception might be some temperature reporting information).

It normally take a few weeks before we can support new CPU families. Also depends a bit on if the vendors (intel, AMD) update their documentation and make it public (they often don't).

Is there something you are aware of that doesn't work?

Sorry I should have been more specific, its mainly temperature monitoring. Everything else seems to be working fine.

We made an attempt at obtaining temperatures on Zen 5 chipsets. But we'll need to obtain some log files to verify.

Can you give this build a try:
        https://www.passmark.com/temp/petst-...19-AMD1A_1.exe

Please run in DEBUGMODE as described in this page:

            Thanks for the logs.

We were able to make some fixes. Can you give this BurnInTest build a try:
            https://www.passmark.com/temp/bitwin...14-AMD1A_1.exe

HI Keith, tested and working as expected on my test system, clock frequencies are a little out though but not important for my testing.

              Will this come to V10?

Thanks, good to hear it appears to be working. It will be part of the upcoming V11 release.

If possible, can you also run this build in debug mode and send a copy of the logs:
