CPU Temps not showing in BIT 11 1008

    Hello,

We have been testing a system with a Xeon 6710E, and we are unable to see the temperatures of the CPU in BIT. I have run the system in debug mode, and was wondering if someone could take a look?

Thanks for the logs. It appears the driver wasn't able to load, possibility due to an older version of the driver being previously loaded.

Can you try running BurnInTest after a fresh reboot and send the logs if the issue still occurs.

      Hello Keith,

Could you refer me to which driver wasn't able to load?

The driver used by BurnInTest to collect system information like CPU and RAM clock speeds.

        Code:
        2.391s - SysInfo: Install driver (DirectIO_BIT_1101008) (C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\BIT11_1008\DirectIo64.sys)
2.391s - SysInfo: Install driver directio.sys driver failed: CreateService (1072)

          David/Keith,

Appriciate the explanation. The unit this is having the issue on is currently disassembled, but once it is back together, i will have my colleague test again and see if the issue persists. Along side this, I am loading another fresh install of BIT onto a thumb drive to see if that changes anything.

Are you making a WinPE USB bootable solution, or just attempting to make a version that runs from USB (and not booting from USB)?
