Raid 1 Mirror Errors - Data Verify Failure

Hi,

I am running BIT V5.1pro and using it to burn systems in overnight and generally test them.

I have 2 systems on test at the moment both 74gb Raid Mirror configurations, all the tests are fine except the Disk test, it comes back with the error "Data Verify Failure" for every cycle.
Test is set to Default (Cyclic)

Is this down to the system being a Raid 1 Mirror

There is no good reason why a RAID disk should fail this test (except if it was a systematic faulty design or faulty units).

Hi, could you confirm whether you've tested BIT with RAID1 (hardware RAID card) configurations? I'm about to test a client's critical server that I built that has a RAID 1 setup like this.

Yes, BurnInTest should work with all RAID configurations. As long you can assign a drive letter in Windows (e:, x:, y:....) then it should be fine.
