RawReadErr very high, spinup 0 ms

I've downloaded and installed Diskcheckup v2.1, and, I found the following report fm Diskcheckup.

There is a TEC date with a very high raw read error. But I am confused with the spin up time 0 ms parameter. This is a fairly new drive about a month old. May I request your help in this regard, please.

Not all drives report all values. So 0 can be normal for some drives.

The TEC date is just an rough estimate, not an accurate prediction.
