Putting together a new computer, and trying to stay around $1500 max, give or take.... Looking for any feedback or suggestions anyone may have on what to tweak. I don't need a lot of space, seeing i don't run a lot of stuff, but what i do run i want to run well. Mostly looking to put together a solid gaming rig in the end. If you see anything i overlooked, like compatibility, please let me know. Here's what i think will be the end result.

I would be tempted to drop the VelociRaptor and put the money saved into a larger SSD.

The cost of going to 16GB from 8GB probably isn't much. But on the other hand it isn't going to improve the performance much either.

Might also be tempted to get a case with two USB3 ports on the front, depending on how hard rear access is going to be & what USB devices you have.

Don't forget a monitor & maybe better heat sink if you are going to overclock.
