Best graphics card in laptop for Adobe photoshop editing and video editing?

Looking for a good laptop with a good graphics card for doing work in Adobe photoshop and creative cloud. Recommended by Adobe system requirements are the following:
Ram 8GB to 16 GB, graphics card- recommended GPU Direct X12 support 4 GB of GPU memory for 4K displays, average Ops/Sec of 2,000or higher passmark’s.

But best Laptop would depend on your budget, how light you need the machine to be, what size screen, battery life, touch screen, monitor resolution, etc....
