  • USB 3.0 Loopback plugs power issue

    Hi All.

    I have question about USB 3.0 Loopback Plugs. I bought PM065 at 15/12/2021.
    At first test was successful and I didn't have problem while testing.
    I tried to another test at 29/12/2021 but the product didn't got power. (All led lamps are off and nothing on display)

    Can I get solutions to solve this issue?

    Possible things to try:
    • Try it with a different cable.
    • Try it on a different PC, preferably one with a different host controller.
    • Try just the one suspected faulty plug by itself without any other USB device connected.
    Does Windows OS recognize the plug when it is inserted into the machine? (USB Connect/Disconnect sound, or new entry in the Device Manager)
    Do you have the drivers installed on the system?

    Can you provide more details of your testing and use of the USB 3.0 Loopback Plug?
