USB 3.0 LoopBack Plug Firmware error

Hi All

I have USB 3.0 LoopBack Plug Firmware error.

I used provided cable and same error occurs at other PC.

When I run FWUpdater, error Pop-Up (USB boot loader did not download correctly) occurs.

I can see "Cypress USB Bootloader" at Device Manager.

Can I get solutions to solve this issue?

If it is recognized as "Cypress FX3 Bootloader Device", it means the firmware is wiped out. Whatever reason, perhaps the firmware upgrade didn't take. Can you please try reinstalling the device driver and run the updater again?

I tried several times to reinstall the device driver and change PC to solve this error and device but all devices have same error again.

Can I get other solution?

Can you please try on a different machine? If didn't help, please try on a USB2 port as well.
