Hello. My Windows 10 Desktop will not hibernate. It shows "Hibernating" on screen but quickly changes to saying "Locking." It sleeps fine but won't hibernate. I ran Sleeper to test the S4 Hibernate functionality, and it came back with error code 2. Any guidance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

2 is file not found.
So maybe no hibernation file is available on the system? -
Yes, hiberfil.sys is in the root directory and turned on in power settings.
I tried:- resetting power settings
- powercfg - requests
- Powercfg -requestsoverride Driver "Legacy Kernel Caller" System
- sfc /scannow
- chkdsk
- keeping "allow device to wake PC" or whatever unchecked
- etc.

If you run powercfg.exe /a is S4 (Hibernate) available on your machine? See below.
Can you try disabling and enabling Hibernation to recreate the file. Using powercfg /h on / off.
Sometimes there are also BIOS settings which effect what sleep states are available.
Also I had a look at the log file you attached. These errors in the log sound pretty serious, like hard drive failure level serious
