Hey there!
I've been using your software for so long and would first off like to thank you guys for being awesome and releasing this amazing tool.
INFO:
I have a Lenovo u430 Touch laptop - model 20270.
Processor:
i5 4210u purchased from BestBuy with 8GB ram; the motherboard has 1 slot - the processor infostates that it should support 16GB ram (http://ark.intel.com/products/81016/...up-to-2_70-GHz)
Motherboard:
Motherboard - bios version 7CCN62WW
Upgraded Ram tested
Crucial 16GB Single DDR3L 1600 MT/s (PC3L-12800) SODIMM Memory CT204864BF160B
(http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/ct204864bf160b)
I've tried 2 different sticks giving basically the same results.
----
TESTS:
When Trying to boot:
Post and Going into BIOS works, I am able to select different boot media and am able to run Memtest
If I try to boot to Windows - I get a weird Fuzzy screen (see pics)
When Running Memtest:
normal run will get a version of the fuzzy screen after a few seconds and restart
When Running Memtest in manual mode (line by line)
I get the errors in the pics when I run it very slowly
-----
I would think it would be very weird if BOTH sticks of new crucial ram were bad (I purchased from Amazon).
My old 8GB stick runs well and Memtest runs and passed (1 pass)
Any advice?
