Hey! First time here.
I've heard about memtest for years on forums and other tech sites. Usually, it's brought up if there's a problem with a system that needs diagnosing.

I haven't had any problems with my PC builds so far. Just wondering are there any benefits of running memtest on a system that has no problems?

If it is a home use PC and you are already using it without problems, then don't "fix" it until it is broken.
