I created a bootable 1GB USB (2.0) without error but it is failing to be recognized when inserted into two separate systems. I've recreated the ISO on another USB (16GB, 3.0) and it to fails to be seen as a bootable device on the two systems. Both USB drives are good. Nothing is blocking the program from running and each USB drive is healthy and without corruption. I really need to thoroughly test the memory of the system before I start filling up the hard drive with programs and data. Help

We don't actually distribute ISOs anymore. What version of MemTest86 are you using?
How old are the machines? Do they support UEFI BIOS?

I misspoke. I used your USB creation utility program each time (I assumed it was based on an image). The version of memtest86 is v8 I believe.
My system is an I7-4790K, 32GB memory, 4TB SATA, PNY Nvidia GTX 1060 Win 7 Ultimate. My laptop is an I5-8300H 8GB memory, 500GB HDD, and 1050GTX video.
I would think that either should easily handle making or identifying the bootable USB drive.Comment

You need to get into BIOS and change the boot order to make USB first.
