Hi
I have run the scan against all tests and the only errors were found in test 8. I then ran the test 8 again on each of the modules to try and work out which one of the two had failed (or whether both had). However on their own each module passed. Looking at the Troubleshooting memory error page, it says is likey mulit channel configuration is the problen due to either the motherboard is incompatiable or the RAM is mis matched.
I haven't changed the RAM since I bought the laptop which are also of the same config. and the ram has worked in the Motherboard for years with no problem unitl recently, so it seems unlikely the RAM is uncompatible.
So I was wondering, could it be something else? Could it be the CPU? I noticed
Thanks
Paul

at the end of the report below, under 'Last 10 errors' one of the 2 errors has a 2 next to CPU. What does this mean? Could it be my CPU is failing? Or
do you thinkI just need to replace both modules and I should be all good. Thanks
