So no idea what all this means other than some of my ram is probably bad.. I have 16 gigs of ram; which I believe is 4 sticks of ram. How do I know which need to be replaced?

I also haven't been able to install IE 10 or 11 since there release which has been a LONG time.. I have no idea why. It just states fail everytime I try, yet Windows 7 installs the other updates.

Anyone that is tech savy able to help me here? Thank you!

(I went to device manager and I don't see my ram listed, but I do have 16 gigs.)

Yes, it is likely the RAM (or the RAM slot) is bad.
Try testing just 8GB at a time.
