Memtest86 does not go beyond "getting memory controller details"

I'm getting the same problem.
Imac 21.5" 2017.

I've added the line "Mac-4B682C642B45593E",ALL,EXACT,DISABLE_MP" to the blacklist.cfg file but still hangs on "Getting memory controller info"
