One bit error in DDR5?

I am running MemTest86 on this NUC and it keeps having one or a couple one bit errors in either test 5 or 7.
I guess those tests increase temperature the most.
I know this NUC is running too hot but shouldn't 1bit errors be fixed by the DDR5 internal ECC?
Anyhow it seems running it at 95ºC even tho its within spec is too hot since it ran 3 times no erros when I pointed a fan.

Yes, RAM seems to be running very hot.
You might be seeing thermal bit flips.

Internal "on-die" ECC for DDR5 doesn't correct any errors on the bus.
Also doesn't give any protection (or even notification) of a 2 bit error.

So it isn't as good as real end to end ECC.
