Hello everyone, just made a new account to add some more info as I've encountered something similar.
I've just built a new build, and was having some stability issues, so I ran a MemTest. Like the OP, test #8 gave me an infinite amount of errors. No matter how many sticks were installed, no matter which RAM slots, etc. I reset the BIOS and everything was fine again. Gradually changed back to the features I was using, and the setting that caused these errors was CSM. As long as it was enabled, no errors would pop up. As soon as it was disabled, hundreds of thousands of errors.
Here's a log: https://www.sendspace.com/file/86ppfx
My build is:
CPU: Intel 6700k
MB: Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 7 with latest beta BIOS F6f (had to use this or else it would not POST with XMP enabled)
RAM: GSkill DDR4-2400 C15
Hoping this can be solved so I can properly test my system !

Yes, this looks like the same UEFI BIOS bug with the multiprocessor services.
You can try this build with a workaround for the bug:
