Based on the results that ECC errors were detected even though ECC injection was disabled, it seems likely that the yellow "PASS" is due to actual ECC errors of the modules itself and not due to enabling ECC injection in MemTest86.
This also appears to confirm that the ECC injection functionality has been disabled and locked in the BIOS.
Given that ECC errors were detected only on the 32GB modules, I would check the 32GB modules of other brands/models to see if this is related to the size of the module itself.
