I got upgrades till march next year, but the site keeps adding it to my cart and trying to charge me again, so how exactly is this done?

I figured it out, though the interface stinks. It says you are downloading V11, no .xx to go by. So I just guessed it was not 11.00 and tried it. You just have to blindly download it, but it did upgrade... So all is working. That download link should state the current version you are downloading rather than just V11...Comment

Yes. I figured that out by trial and error. A good interface means you don't have to do that and guess at it... I used to design those BTW..
And just ran into another issue, not sure yet if it's yours or Microsoft's. Under 11.3 I could open the USB drive and edit the config file to only the tests I wanted and the number I wanted to run. Since updating Memtest to 11.4 and having upgraded Windows 11 to 25H2, I can't even see the drive to edit the config file. Windows will not recognize it at all.... But it boots from the BIOS just fine. Just an FYI...
OK, so AOEMI Partition Assistant sees it in Windows, but Windows Explorer can't see it, so, this is pointing to a Windows 25H2 issue now...

25H2 isn't public at the moment. We aren't sure of the behaviour. You could try manually assigning a drive letter in Windows partition manager.
The UEFI specs require that boot drives have the boot partition flagged as a "EFI system partition". But by default Windows won't mount a EFI system partition. Which is why we currently use (a confusing) dual partition setup. A cleaner solution would be nice, but technically problematic.

Yea, I live dangerously. Part of that Insider Program, so I can get builds before they go release, and assigning a drive letter to Partition 0 makes it show up so I can edit the .cfg files.Comment

While the 25H2 not seeing the drive so you can edit eh CFG files is on MS, I am pretty sure this one is all yours.

The temperature comes from a sensor on the RAM module. So there is some chance it really is reporting 188C. It isn't a value we compute.
Log should have more detail.

I have an old USB stick that has MT11.2 on it. It reads fine. 55C or so (kinda varies depending on the test running)... But it's working.
So this time I didn't just reboot the machine, I flipped off the power supply switch and shut it off for 30 secs, turned it back on and ran 11.4 again, on test 1 it jumps to 188c and never changes. The requested logs....And the Subject Title doesn't reflect the current topic of the conversation. People that have installed 25H2 won't know what is discussed here and I can't edit the Subject... Can you? Maybe like "25H2 Issues" Would rather not start a new thread for 25H2 things so people can find it and ask for help... And if I have just had 25H2 since Friday, and already ran into 2 issues, imagine what will happen when it hits release and a ton more people have it...
You are not alone, I got reports in to 3 or 4 places where I have found issues...
