I checked the code and after checking for the desired window title 5000 times (at 10ms intervals) it gives up.
So you are right, it won't run for 60+ seconds.
Really on a modern computer, no file should take 60+ seconds to open.
But if you would like us to extend the timeout period & do a new software release we would be happy to do it as a consulting job.

PassMark AppTimer: Failed to find window
I was using AppTimer V1.0 Build: 1008 on a Windows 7 machine and I use it to track how long it takes to open a file with an application. With this file, it opens for more than a minute but the apptimer finishes the execution after a certain period of time when the file is still loading on the application.
The log says:
C:\Program Files (x86)\CMG\BR\2013.20\Win_x64\EXE\resgb.exe - 1 executions
Failed to find window Builder -
55.8298
Please help me solve this. Thanks!
