Advise request for system

hello friends.

here is system's configuration i am going to buy.
this is my 2nd PC and want to hear some advises from competent people.

as my budget has limitations i have selected not very expensive components:

1)

so which system will be more GAME -able?

I would never build a PC with less than 4 gigs of ram if you want to play games or do much of anything in this day and age. The second system only has a single 2 gig stick which will cripple its performance even more do to lack of memory bandwidth. I would suggest dropping down to a lower cost CPU and or GPU and spending the money saved on more memory. Doing so would give you a more balanced system. If you must have a quad core CPU I'd recommend building a AMD system.

As far as the Video card choice it depends on several factors. What OS are you going to run? What games do you intend to play because some games like ATI cards and some like Nvida cards.

Can you give me a figure in US dollars you have to spend? Links to the resellers you plan on using?
