Upgrading My System

I'm thinking of upgrading it,what should i consider upgrading first to get better performance(budget right now is $100) ?

You mean Intel right? I thought of getting 2 sticks of RAM or an extra SSD for a RAID '0'.

RAID doesn't add a huge amount of performance to what is already a reasonable SSD.
8GB is already enough for most applications. Check in task manager to see how much RAM you currently use and have free during typical daily use. I would bet you aren't using 8GB. I only use around 3GB (with about a dozen apps running).

Cool,then i will wait for some time until i get some money or see how the Streamroller turns out.
