new score - 2324.4
I finally did it. I should be in the top 10 now!! Not sure how long it will take to actually show up there though (when you click on the top ten button when searching for baslines to install). My BL number is BL8760. I basically replaced my hard drive with a 10000 RPM Western Digital 150GB. I'm using this one for the operating system only, and using the 750GB Seagate drive I originally had to store all other programs and games. I could probably get an even better score if I went and set up a RAID 0 configuration on my drives, as merlin pointed out in this thread (thanks for the advice by the way!). I have never dabbled with RAID before, but I think both drives need to be the same size in order to set up a RAID configuration. I'll investigate that after the holidays though. I'm also seriously considering a second 8800 Ultra graphics card (using SLI of course) to boost my graphics performance even further. Speaking of graphics cards, mine had been set for best quality, and when I told it best performance instead, my 3D scores skyrocketed! Anyway, my results are below. Again, BL8760 for those interested.

top ten bound?? (2223.6 rating and climbing)
I'm messing around with overclocking and different media for the CD Read test. Right now, I have a score of 2223.6....... and I have not yet hit the limit on overclocking (i think). Also, if I have any better media for the CD read test, I should be able to pop into the top ten soon. Only 45 points away from the number ten spot. hehehehe
here is my stuff:
