Low Memory Score with Passmark 7 64 bit

The trial and the full software are the same. More likely something else changed. e.g. there was something else running in the background during the initial run.

I guess it was a faulty trial version - after I bought the basic performance test and now the score is about 2450 - perfectly ok ( I downloaded comparative examples ).

Yes memory mark should probably be a bit higher. Did you run it a few times to get a max?

The big factors that influence the results are, the CPU speed, the amount of available RAM, 64bit, and the speed of the bus, and the RAM.

I am using a I7-2600 k with 8 GB Ram (1333 Mhz) and an Asus P8P67 Mainboard. I was performing the passmark performance test - while the result of the CPU was excellent (9300 points), the memory mark was quite low - 1500 points. Shouldn´t it be the double?
